Mana Public Arts launched Project 270 in 2020 with the goal of reaching potential voters under the age of 30 on their own terms. In the months leading up to that year’s election Mana joined forces with 70 leading contemporary artists who designed GOTV posters representing all 50 states, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, and over a dozen major metropolitan areas across the country. Through wheat pasting, giveaways, and collaboration with grassroots voting organizations across the country, thousands of posters were distributed across the country. A documentary monograph of Project 270 is forthcoming in September 2024.
